The Axis2/C community decided to change the number of the next release form 1.3.1 to 1.4, the main rationale being the default parser changing form libxml2 to our own Guththila.
Also, the benchmark results for Axis2/C to be published soon shows that Guththila is a far better implementation. Await the performance article.
