What is entitlement? I would say, it is one step above authentication. It is kind of fine grained access control. Entitlement adds the “reason” factor on top of authentication. Who can access what, and for which reason?
The next version of WSO2 Identity Server would be equipped with entitlement capabilities. And that also opens up the possibility of using entitlement across the carbon platform, if the users wish so.
